A variety of ways to get the help you need:

Telephone Coaching Sessions
Telephone coaching sessions of 50 minutes take place on a regular schedule that works for the client, making it possible to coach clients anywhere in the world. E-mail follow-up and support are on-going between telephone sessions. Clients typically engage in a minimum of 8-12 sessions, while some may continue over an extended period of time depending upon need.
In-Home Coaching With Follow-Up by Telephone
In-home coaching to assist with day-to-day routines, organization, discipline, and other skills is available in combination with follow-up telephone coaching. In this case, the client may choose the length of time of the in-home coaching. Telephone coaching of at least 4 weeks after the in-home coaching is a required component of this service in order to assure that parents receive the proper support to maintain changes and continue moving in the direction of their goals.
Group Coaching
Group coaching can be a very effective means for parents who share common issues ~ i.e., newborns, toddlers, challenging teenagers, specific disabilities ~ to receive support and learn from one another through the process. Group coaching requires a group of at least 4 parents/couples, and the cost of coaching is shared among the participants, making it a great value. Group coaching may be arranged on personal basis or through an agency or organization.
Education Consultation/Coaching
Consultation or coaching, or a combination of both, in relation to parenting a child with special needs can include help with navigating the school special education process, and developing a collaborative relationship with your child’s school to assure that he or she is receiving the services needed to make progress. This can include working with you on decisions regarding what school setting might be best for your child, attending meetings with you such as IEP meetings, and working collaboratively with the school staff to assist in developing creative solutions to meet your child’s needs.
